You have to buy the Basic Analysis Toolkit to do anything with your DICOM data. The visualization is really just a demo, doesnt give any measure of clarity. Terrible deal, they shouldve made it free with in-app purchase for the analysis tools. Basic visualization is poor and almost useless by itself.

Look to OSS tools like slicer.org for useful and free options.
